5. Language selection and technically necessary cookies
This website is operated using WordPress and uses the Polylang plugin to provide content in German, English and Russian.
Polylang may set a cookie named pll_language. This cookie stores the language version that you selected or visited most recently. According to the provider, it contains only the language code and is stored for one year by default.
The cookie is used exclusively to display the website in the selected language. It is not used to create user profiles or for advertising purposes.
The cookie is stored on the basis of Section 25(2)(2) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), insofar as it is necessary to provide the language function requested by the user. The associated processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in providing a user-friendly multilingual website.
WordPress may also set technically necessary cookies for logged-in administrators. Public registration of user accounts is not provided on this website.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Disabling technically necessary cookies may, however, prevent certain website functions from working as intended.
6. Analytics and tracking
This website does not currently use any independently integrated analytics, advertising or marketing services.
According to the website’s current configuration, no visitor profiles are created and no personal data is processed for personalised advertising.
This does not affect the technical recording of website requests by the hosting provider as described in Section 3.

If your enquiry concerns the preparation or performance of a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in properly handling incoming enquiries and communications.
The data will be deleted when it is no longer required to deal with the enquiry, provided that no statutory retention obligations or other legitimate reasons require its continued storage.
Please note that ordinary email communication may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of transmitted data against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant processing purpose.
Where statutory retention obligations apply, the data is stored for the duration of those obligations. It is subsequently deleted unless another legal basis permits or requires continued storage.
